David Tipple hopes to bring family to dinner with Peters, Jones

Some people might choke at the thought of paying almost $7,500 to dine with NZ first leader Winston Peters and Shane Jones.

But not Gun City Owner, David Tipple, who won a seat at the table by being the top bidder in an online auction for Koru Care; a charity for children with disabilities or terminal illnesses.

Lisa Owen asked Mr Tipple about having a nosh-up with Shane and Winston, and what he finds so appealing.
