"This is not the end." That's the message from the police inspector in charge of the investigation into the brutal killing of Upper Hutt woman Lois Tolley after an arrest was finally made in the case.
Two years and nine months after the 30-year-old was shot execution style in her home, a 27-year-old man has been charged with her murder.
And the police are now warning others who they believe were involved - that they're coming for them.
