The Supreme Court has reserved its decision after hearing both sides in Mark Lundy's last-chance appeal to clear his name.
Lundy was convicted of murdering his wife Christine and daughter Amber in 2002, again at a retrial in 2015 and the convictions were upheld by the Court of Appeal last year.
His lawyer finished proceedings today by asking the court to give Lundy a new trial, free from tainted evidence.
