Suicide rates have risen yet again - with 685 people dying by suicide in the past year. That's 17 more lives lost.
Arthur Harawira lost his son to suicide when he was just 15 years old, and though it was more than 20 years ago, he says the pain never goes away.
Arthur is part of a biker group called RATS - Riders Against Teen Suicide.
He tells Lisa Owen he wants Māori to play a greater part in protecting their young.
