Former Fonterra chief executive Theo Spierings is under fire for receiving a $4.7 million payout when he left the dairy giant last year.
The revelation follows the news the country's largest company is forecasting a loss of up to $675 million, and wont be paying a dividend this financial year after a string of write-downs.
