Māori health nurses underpaid in ‘racist’ system - lawyer

The nurses' union says nurses working in Māori health organisations earn up to 25 percent less than those working for DHBs and many have to juggle multiple jobs. Lawyer and activist Annette Sykes told an indigenous nurses conference today that's unfair - and racist.
