‘We want to protect Ihumātao for future generations’

Hundreds gathered around New Zealand today as part of national day of action for Ihumātao. It comes after a tense stand-off between police and protesters at the contested site last night, with protest leader Pania Newton alleging she was pushed by a police officer.
