Christchurch man’s futile attempt to get CYFS records

A Christchurch man says he desperately wants to get hold of his records from CYFS and Oranga Tamariki so he can find long-lost relatives and piece together his history. But Doug Joyce says despite asking for the records for more than a decade, he still doesn't have them.
