Men impound thousands of e-scooters over safety fears

Two men in San Diego have impounded thousands of e-scooters they say have been left littered about the city and are endangering pedestrians. It's sparked a battle with companies that have flooded cities around the world with the two-wheelers. Jane Lan-hee Lee reports.
