Four dead after van collides with logging truck

Four people are dead after a head-on crash between a van and a fully-laden logging truck in Bay of Plenty this morning. Bay of Plenty road policing manager Inspector Brent Crowe says it was still dark at the time of the crash but road conditions appear to have been good.
