Four of the biggest early childhood groups are seeking a crisis meeting with the Education Minister, Chris Hipkins, over the state of their sector. They say centres are struggling to survive because of chronic underfunding and they want urgent government intervention. RNZ's education correspondent John Gerritsen has more.
