Royal Commission will hold mirror up to NZ – inquiry chair

The Royal Commission of Inquiry into abuse in state care might take years, but its chair says it will do everything in its power to uncover New Zealand's "dark history". Chair Anand Satyanand held the first public hearing today in Auckland. Reporter Katie Scotcher was there.
