Gun buy-back scheme ‘total demonisation’ of innocent parties

A gunsmith of 50 years has joined a growing chorus of voices saying the government's buy-back scheme is an anti-democratic rip off that some gun owners will simply ignore. Rod Woods spoke to Lisa Owen.
