Papua New Guinea in state of leadership limbo

Papua New Guinea is still in a state of leadership limbo, as prime minister Peter O'Neill has pledged to resign, but hasn't jumped yet. RNZ Pacific reporter Johnny Blades says the opposition parties could force a vote in Parliament for a new leader as early as Wednesday - in which case Mr O'Neill might have to make a hasty exit.
