Paula Bennett: Speaker should have gone to police

National deputy leader Paula Bennett says Speaker Trevor Mallard should have gone to police if he believed rape had occurred on Parliament grounds. She told Lisa Owen accusations of harassment raised in her party weren't as serious, and she didn't go to police because a crime had not been committed.
