Clutha farmers struggling with ongoing dry conditions

Last month was the second hottest March since records began in Clutha, Otago, and Balclutha had less than 30 percent of its usual rainfall for the month. As our Otago-Southland reporter Timothy Brown found out, there are areas of the district doing it even harder.
