PM can't assure no foreign spies in Parliament

Alarms have been sounded about foreign governments trying to influence New Zealand's political system through expats here and donations. And the Prime Minister says she cannot assure New Zealanders there are no foreign spies in Parliament, as that breaches high level intelligence briefings.
