Support for mosques around the country

Mosques around the country have been advised to close after the mass shooting in Christchurch today. But people are expressing their support with flowers at mosques around New Zealand, with many having armed police officers outside, like one mosque in the Auckland suburb of Mt Roskill. Local residents have been taking flowers to the local mosque on Stoddard Rd to show their support and share in the grief of this huge tragedy. Our reporter Shannon Haunui-Thompson was at the mosque when two locals, Daniel and Melanie, brought flowers from their garden to gift to the Iman who was informing everyone the mosque was closed.
