Yarrow Stadium project could cost $271m

Taranaki Regional Council has recommended a basic fix to New Plymouth's Yarrow Stadium, but if other parties come on board, it could become a $271m state-of-the-art covered stadium. Whatever it costs, ratepayers will be footing the bill.
