PM: Kiwibuild progress slower than hoped

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has spent much of her first post-Cabinet press conference for 2019 defending the Kiwibuild programme, saying while the pace of the building is slower than expected, the government remains committed to the 10-year target of 100,000 homes.
