Slavery, trafficking charges ‘a new low’ for NZ

A man has been charged with slavery and human trafficking for allegedly not paying workers he brought over from Samoa, keeping their passports, assaulting them and controlling their movements. Immigration NZ's chief investigator Peter Devoy spoke to Lisa Owen.
