Confidential material discussed as part of Operation Burnham inquiry

Former Supreme Court judge Sir Terence Arnold and former Prime Minister Sir Geoffrey Palmer are heading an inquiry into Operation Burnham, but a preliminary hearing is listening to arguments about how much of the evidence should be kept secret.
