Riverhead quarry attacker’s first victim speaks out

It can now be revealed that Colin Jack Mitchell, who carried out the violent Riverhead quarry attack, was convicted of rape when he was just 15-years-old. Our court reporter Edward Gay spoke today with the survivor of Mitchell's first rape back in 1973 and filed this report.
