Māori must lead the change in the criminal justice system - minister

Corrections Minister Kelvin Davis addressed the Criminal Justice Summit this afternoon and said that he believes Maori must lead the change in the criminal justice system. RNZ political reporter Gia Garrick was there and filed this report.
