NZ First MPs signed contract over waka jumping punishment

New Zealand First MPs have signed a good behaviour contract which means they could be liable for $300,000 if they don't resign from Parliament within three days of being expelled from the party. National MP Nick Smith says that's an affront to democracy, but NZ First leader Winston Peters says it's perfectly reasonable, and will soon be obsolete anyway.
