Auckland Council report blows budget to $935,000

A report which has cost the Auckland Council nearly a million dollars, is inconclusive on whether a downtown stadium is worth pursuing. Auckland Correspondent Todd Niall talks to John Campbell about what's inside the report, which the council only released after the Ombudsman intervened.
