Sally Webb steps up after Bob Simcock resigns from Waikato DHB

Sally Webb was the deputy chairperson on the Waikato DHB, but has agreed to chair the board after Bob Simcock resigned. She said Mr Simcock was a "well respected chair", but would not say if he made the right decision.
