Goodman Property Trust says its half year earnings have slipped. The property investor, which has a 1-point-5 billion dollar portfolio of offices and warehouses, says its underlying profit stood at 37.3 million dollars in the six months to September. That's a decrease of 3 percent on the same period a year ago. Goodman's chief executive, John Dakin told our reporter, Teresa Cowie it's a relatively stable result.
