Morning markets for 11 July 2014

Stock markets around the world were rattled overnight amid concerns over Portugal's largest listed bank is in financial strife. Shares on Wall St opened down sharply, but have since recovered. The Dow Jones Index dropped 50 points to 16,935 and the broader measure of the US market, the S&P 500 Index, is now sitting at 1967.
