Air Force Hercules upgrades

It's costing $254 million, using tens of thousands of labour hours and 82 kilometres of wiring - the upgrade of the Defence Force's C-130 Hercules at Base Woodbourne in Blenheim that is expected to extend the life of the planes by up to 20 years.
