A musician who excels both at the sitar and piano with 5 solo albums to her credit , a writer, and an actress …. there is a lot more to the 26 year old Anoushka Shankar than just being her father's daughter. She has been playing the sitar with Ravi since the age of nine and made her performance debut at the young age of thirteen. Her 2008 album 'Breathing Under Water' has merged classical Indian music with elements of electronica and world music and has seen her collaborating with her father Ravi Shankar, Sting and half sister Norah Jones.
