Human Rights Commission backs call for dawn raids apology

Those wanting an official apology for the dawn raids of the 1970s have been helped along, with New Zealand's human rights commission throwing its support behind the call.

The government says it's actively considering the request, after more than 7-thousand people signed a petition calling for one.

But a decision could still be some time away, as Jamie Tahana reports:
