Doctors in the Pacific country worst-hit by Covid-19 say the situation there is only getting worse.
But no one in Papua New Guinea has any real grasp of just how widespread the problem is.
As the number of people infected continues to rise, many hospitals are running low on basic supplies - some are even having to close.
