There is still no end it sight to Tahiti's most intriguing investigation - that into the disappearance of journalist Jean-Pascal Couraud, known as JPK.
His body has been missing for almost 24 years and some murder charges have come and gone.
Now, the latest suspect, claiming his innocence, has won a ruling from France's highest court which found procedural errors when he was detained and questioned in 2019.
