There's a steady increase of women in business leadership roles in the Pacific but challenges remain.
This is according to a new report, Leadership Matters 2024: Benchmarking Women in Business Leadership in the Pacific published by the Asian Development Bank's Pacific Private Sector Development Initiative.
The report highlighted that the average proportion of women directors in the Pacific rose from 21 percent in 2021 to 26 percent this year.
The report's author Sarah Boxall spoke with Pacific Waves host Susana Suisuiki.
