The Apia Broadcasting channel TV3 is moving its services completely online.
The station had its final traditional broadcast last week.
General manager Michael Aisea says the company could not afford the $23,000 tala monthly bill needed to keep the channel going in its current form.
However, he told RNZ Pacific's Caleb Fotheringham he was optimistic about its future as a streaming platform.
