The importance of preserving indigenous Pacific languages is being promoted through music at the recent Mana Moana concert.
Eighty members of the Signature Choir learned famous songs from across the region in native dialects alongside the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.
RNZ Pacific's Tiana Haxton joined more than 10,000 people at the Spark Arena to witness the musical magic.
