Outer island community in Fiji reluctant to relocate

An article in the scientific journal, 'Nature Climate Change' says human rights in the Pacific are already being impeded due to global warming. 

It comes as cultural practices are being lost in Vanuatu and sea level rise is threatening communities in Fiji.
