Many students affected by wildlifes in Lahaina traumatised

The Hawaii Department of Education says over three thousand kindergarten, primary and high school students have been displaced as a result of the wildfires in Lahaina.

Tonata Lolesio, the principal of Sacred Hearts high school in Lahaina - which was destroyed by the fires - says many students are traumatised.  

RNZ Pacific's Finau Fonua spoke with Tonata Lolesio about how the children of Lahaina are coping.
