Japan is on the cusp of dumping around 1.3 million-tonnes of radioactive wastewater into the Pacific Ocean over three to four decades in an effort to decommission the defunct Fukushima powerplant.
This has prompted an international lawyer calling out Australia and New Zealand's leaders to 'do more' to stand up to Japan.
