The Vice-Chancellor of the University of the South Pacific, Pal Ahluwalia, says the Fiji Government's refusal to pay its subsidy over the past three years is hurting the regional institution.

Professor Pal Ahluwalia, who is now based in Apia in Samoa after being forced out of Fiji last year over a spat with the Fiji Government, says the withholding of such a significant amount of money must have an impact.

Professor Ahluwalia spoke with Don Wiseman, who began by asking about his Samoa move.
