The chair of Transparency International Papua New Guinea, Peter Aitsi, says there have to be major changes to how the country prepares for national elections.
Mr Aitsi spoke to Don Wiseman about the solutions to violence and other disruptions.
But he began by agreeing with other commentators that this latest election maybe the worst the country has experienced.
