Development focus for day two of PIF leaders summit

Day two of the Pacific Island Forum leaders meeting in Suva has been an eventful one despite the absence of some regional leaders. Kiribati's shock withdrawal ahead of the meeting set the tone for discussions but also absent out of the 18 member states and territories were the leaders of the Marshall Islands and Nauru.
