Relative calm in PNG ahead of the elections

In three weeks Papua New Guineans will be heading to the polls.

The campaign period, for the 3,499 candidates across 118 constituencies, has been underway for several weeks now.

Academic Dr Joseph Ketan who will also be an observer when voting starts, told Don Wiseman it has been calm in most places so far.
