Cook Islands parliament passes wrong law by mistake

The wrong version of the new Immigration Act was made law in Parliament last week after being 'accidentally' signed off by the Queen's Representative, a former speaker of Parliament blames the Prime Minister for the blunder.

The Cook Islands parliament has since repealed the law and passed the correct one but I spoke with Cook Islands News political reporter Caleb Fotherington about the mixup.
