Pasifika let down by Christchurch City council

Pasifika in Christchurch are frustrated that the city council has disregarded the voices of the region's Pacific community involving a major project. Christchurch Council staff in charge of building a new stadium misled councillors to believe a strong relationship with the Pacific community had been established when this wasn't the case.
