Aus and NZ urged to align with Pacific at COP26

Oxfam Pacific is calling on New Zealand and Australia - to align their positions with island countries on loss and damage at COP26.

A new report from the development organisation in Aotearoa had identified gaps in the country's climate financing.

Oxfam's climate justice lead for the Pacific,  Ilisapeci Masivesi, says while the region welcomed the New Zealand government's recent announcement of a $1.3 billion climate aid boost over the next ? years. A lot more is still needed.

She spoke with Koroi Hawkins who began by asking about the Oxfam loss and damage report entitled Breaking through red lines.
