Greenpeace partners with Pasifika to lobby for mining ban

From , 6:01 am on 23 October 2021

Greenpeace is partnering with Pasifika social media influencers in New Zealand to lobby for a ban on seabed mining in New Zealand.

Despite a recent landmark supreme court ruling against Trans-Tasman Resources mining the ocean floor in Aotearoa the organisation says there is still the potential for more companies to apply.

With me is Green Peace Aotearoa seabed mining campaigner Jame Hita.

Bula James so Oceanic Voices, what is this about and who is involved?
