The President of Bougainville says the region's political aspirations require a holistic approach as it strives to achieve independence.
Ishmael Toroama has told parliament that over the past year he has been travelling across Bougainville to launch the Constituency Independence Readiness Mission Implementation Initiative.
Mr Toroama is approaching the anniversary of one year in charge in Bougainville and Don Wiseman has been following developments in Bougainville and joins me now welcome Don what has the president been saying?
