Electioneering ramping up in Samoa amid calls for change

There appears to be a growing appetite for change in Samoa only two week's out from the general election.

Whether or not the dominant ruling Human Rights Protection Party is returned on April 9 to govern for the next five-year-term, the people of Samoa appear concerned about ongoing restrictions due to Covid-19 despite the country remaing coronavirus free.

Our reporter Dominic Godfrey is following events leading up to the election and he joins me now. So what indication is there that Samoan citizens are seeking change?
